Q: When is the Fair?
A: The Winter Art & Antiques Fair is taking place between 3 - 8 November 2020, with a Private Preview on the 2 November.

Q: Are tickets on sale now?
A: Tickets to the Fair are not yet on sale, please click here to sign up to our newsletter for onsale dates, prices and the latest news. 

Q: What are the Fair opening times?
A: We are extending the opening times for the 2020 event to help manage the visitor flow in line with government guidelines:

Private Preview
Monday  3.00pm – 8.00pm

Open to the Public
Tuesday  9.30am – 6.00pm
Wednesday  9.30am – 6.00pm
Thursday  9.30am – 9.00pm
Friday  9.30am – 6.00pm   
Saturday  9.30am – 7.00pm
Sunday  10.00am – 5.00pm

Q: Can children come to the show? Are there any restrictions?
A: Yes. The Fair is an event for all the family and welcomes all ages. Children under 12 can enter the show for free. Children over 12 must purchase a ticket. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. 

Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: There is a strict no dog policy at Olympia with the exception of police and assistance dogs.

Safety & Security

Q: What measures are being put in place to run the show in line with government guidelines against COVID-19?
A: Clarion Events has collaborated with other event industry leaders to create a government approved All Secure Standard document. This outlines all the measures we will be implementing to enable our Fair to open. These can be viewed on our Shop Safe page.


Q: When will tickets be on sale?
Tickets will be on sale soon, please click here to sign up to our newsletter for onsale dates, prices and the latest news. 

Q: Can I buy tickets on the door at the Fair?
A limited number of tickets will be available on the door, however visitor admissions are staggered this year to comply with social distancing measures. Advance purchase is recommended to ensure you enter at your preferred time, to limit queuing time and you can save money buying your ticket in advance. Further details can be found on the Ticket Information page.

Q: Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Yes, if you have a disability that restricts your ability to attend the Fair on your own to the extent where help is needed, then a carer is admitted. Full details on arranging their ticket can be found on the Ticket Information page.

Q: I have a Print-at-Home ticket, can I just show my ticket on my phone?
A: You can print your ticket off, or present the ticket on your phone and scan directly on the door. Once scanned your ticket will become void.

Q: As you are selling tickets by time slot, does that mean I am limited to a certain amount of time at the Fair?
When buying your ticket/s you will need to select your entrance time slot. This half hour window is the time you need to present yourself at the selected entrance outlined on your ticket. You are welcome to stay for the remainder of the day at the Fair.

Q: Is there parking?
 There is parking at Olympia, and in the surrounding area there are a host of other car parks. Visit the Olympia website for more information and to pre-booking your space or visit our Travel Page for other parking options.
