How to Enter

Terms and Conditions:

The competition prize is for 2 people sharing a room/cabin. It is subject to availability at the time of booking and valid for travel from 1st January – 31st October 2012. No purchase necessary. The prize is as detailed, is not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The winner is responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize, including any necessary travel documents and passports.

Place your entry into one of the collection boxes at the fair. If your entry is on your invitation, please hand it to a member of security as you enter the fair. Alternatively, you may mail your entry to Wing Yan Lee, Marketing Communications Manager, Winter Fine Art and Antiques Fair, Olympia Prize Draw, Clarion Events, 4th Floor, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, Warwick Road, London, SW5 9TA. All entries must include name, postal address, phone number and email address and must be received no later than 5pm on Sunday 20th November 2011. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. Damaged, incomplete or illegible entries may be treated as invalid.

The winner will be drawn at random after the 20th November from all entries received and will be notified no later than the 1st December 2011. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next entrant drawn at random. Confirmation of the prize will also be made in writing to the winner. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize. The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Clarion Events Ltd and Kirker Holidays, their agencies or families. Only one entry per person and per household and only one entry per stamped envelope is permitted. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will not be entered into the prize draw. Clarion Events Limited & Kirker Holidays reserve the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond their control. The name of the prize winner may be obtained by written request by sending a SAE to the above address on or after the 1st December 2011. Clarion Events Ltd decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these rules may be disqualified. Clarion Events Limited reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Free Prize Draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
